Ora Studio ships its leather creations within Morocco and internationally. Here is what you need to know.

Delivery zones

We deliver throughout Morocco as well as internationally via DHL Express.

Delivery times

• Morocco: 3 to 5 business days.
• International: 2 to 5 business days with tracking, via DHL Express.

These times are given for guidance only, from the dispatch of the order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed when the order is confirmed, depending on the destination.

Tracking

As soon as the order is dispatched, you receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update.

Delays, loss or customs

For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient. In the event of a significant delay or a parcel marked as delivered but not received, contact us at hibaelguide@gmail.com within 14 days.
