Return and refund policy

At Ora Studio, every bag is crafted from 100% genuine, all-natural leather. Variations in grain, texture, colour and pattern are natural characteristics of leather and make each piece unique.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Natural differences in the leather's pattern, grain, colour or texture are not considered defects and can in no case justify a return, exchange or refund.

Defective product

If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, sending us:

your order number;
a description of the defect;
photos or videos showing the problem.

After verification, we will arrange, at our own expense, a replacement of the product, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Procedure

For any request concerning a manufacturing defect, contact us at hibaelguide@gmail.com.

Once your request has been approved, we will send you the return procedure. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
